The Charlotte branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond expects to have openings in the near future for two research associates who will work with Ph.D. economists on research projects related to banking and finance.   The research associates will work on policy research for Federal Reserve publications and research for outside, peer-reviewed journals.  These positions are ideal for recent graduates who are interested in attending graduate school in economics or finance, or pursuing careers in banking in the future.

 We are looking for outstanding candidates with a background in economics or finance, and also strong technical skills in statistics and econometrics.
