We are currently taking applications for two post-doc positions offered in collaboration between the Oak Ridge Institute for Science and Education and the U.S. EPA Office of Research and Development.
Both positions would involve working with me at the National Center for Computational Toxicology in Research Triangle Park, NC. The primary focus will be on the ExpoCast project, but will proceed in a manner that feeds into both the Virtual Tissues and ToxCast projects.
Both research projects touch on various aspects of mathematical modeling, statistics, computer science, engineering, biology, chemistry, and in vitro methods. These are intended to be learning post-docs — candidates are expect to be strong in one or two areas and interested in learning about others.
I am happy to answer any questions about the positions, but applications must be made through ORISE.
