Summer associate at IDA

The Institute for Defense Analyses is seeking applicants with statistical expertise for summer associate positions. The IDA Summer Associate Program provides statisticians unique opportunity to use their quantitative and analytic skills to work on challenging real-world national security issues. Positions are available with a variety of focuses including: designing and analyzing tests for military systems, using Bayesian methodology to leverage all information across a continuum of testing, and statistics in science policy. All positions available are located at the Studies and Analyses Center (SAC) in Alexandria, VA or at the Science, Technology, Policy, Institute (STPI) in Washington, DC. Graduate student applicants are strongly preferred.
