The Marriott and NC State University are within a thirty minute cab ride from Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU). The Marriot will be the site for the dinner Saturday night. When you make your reservation, mention that the conference you are attending is related to the NC State event in the University Ballroom on the evening of July 13 and that you are requesting the NC State/corporate rate of $134.
We have also arranged for a block of rooms for only $99 a night at the downtown Sheraton, a short walk from the Marriot:

The Sheraton has made a special conference website to make online booking easy.
Both hotels are conveniently located in the heart of downtown Raleigh within walking distance of numerous restaurants and attractions. There will be free bus transportation for the short trip to and from SAS Hall on the NCSU campus 8-10am Saturday morning and 5-6:30 pm Saturday afternoon.
