March 27th, 2012
On March 27, 2012 the alpha chapter of Mu Sigma Rho at North Carolina State Univ., Dept. of Statistics, inducted 27 new members. While the 5 undergraduate and 22 graduate students wasn't quite as large as the 2011 bumper crop of 18 undergrads and 23 graduate students, the quality of their records was just as stellar. They join an impressive list of around 600 new inductees at NCSU since 1993 (Inductee List). The NCSU chapter was established in 1985.
