How-To: find out which lists are available.

Send an email to the list manager:	[Example]
To: majordomo@[domain] Subject: {Not Needed} Body: lists	To: majordomo@stat.ncsu.edu Subject: Body: lists

Within a few minutes you should receive an email of lists that are advertised on this list server. Some could require approval for your membership. Others could be available yet hidden from the lists command.

Example Output:

>>>> lists
majordomo@stat.ncsu.edu serves the following lists:

  job_info                Job Postings in Statistics Field [Approval Req.]

Use the 'info ' command to get more information
about a specific list.
