A few years ago, some students showed me some data from their ST431 class. 
The data arose from a randomized complete block experiment with the treatments are five equally spaced levels of nitrogen: 20 to 100.
Use one of two forms of the data: st431h3a.dat or st431h3b.dat.

We want to create a dataset with 20 observations that looks like
