1) read in the TDF data
2) calculate the age of the winner as of today
3) calculate the riding time using start date and end date and check 
   your answers with the actual riding time
4) create an ID for each winner by concatinating first two letters of the winners, 
   first name, last name, country and the birth day. (for example, the first ID
   is JEROFR10
5) use an appropriate format to display start and end dates like 'Sunday June 25, 1947'. 
   ONLY print 5 observations
6) Check to see if the day of birth (monday, tuesday, etc.) plays a role in winning
